Sushi is ( Su – Vinegar Shi -Rice and so called Vinegared Rice) Japanese Dish made from finger sized raw fish or shellfish topped on bed of rice. People used to have it in raw form or dipped in Japanese Soy Sauce.
The food actually introduced to Japan from South Asia on 8th century.
